Hi All, We had a great turnout for a great meeting last night. I want to thank Jennifer Elliot for her time and valuable information about the benefits of yoga for cyclists. She was kind enough to hand out discount passes to Yogaworks where she conducts classes. She also has a Yoga for Cyclists video that can be purchased at a discount by reaching Sheila Sherwyn at: runisbliss(a)aol.com . Henry may still have some Yogaworks discount passes so check with him at the ride start on Saturday. Also Thanks to all that made the meeting possible; Lee Cole for the Cruisin' the Conejo status information, JC Simmons for the community outreach report, Mitch Albo for the race team report and of course Henry Montalvo for putting the whole enchilada together. Kudos to all. For those we didn't see at the meeting, I hope to see you soon on the road or trail! Kent Koral President Conejo Valley Cyclists (818) 802-0826

Wednesday Afternoon ride CANCELLED
by sheri 18 Feb '13

18 Feb '13

Due to winds and our very exciting Club Meeting... I am canceling the Wednesday afternoon ride. Everyone should come to the meeting and see Jennifer who will be going over yoga, (no pretzel yoga) just yoga stretches for cyclists. She helps build strength and flexibility where needed and has stretches you can even do on your ride... (when you stop of course)! See you all Wednesday night! Sheri
