CVC Presidents Birthday Away Ride-additional info

Hi everyone, I hope you’re as excited about this weekends away ride as we are. I wanted to give you a little bit more information above and beyond what was in the ride announcement. We have reserved an area that will fit approximately 30 people on the front lawn of Padero Grill. So try to park across the street near the Padaro Grill and not in front of the village market as we usually do (just remember not to park in the spaces in front of the grill). We have reserved an area on the front lawn at Padero Grill from 1 PM until 2:30 PM. Looking forward to seeing you all out there on Saturday. Kent Koral (818) 802-0826

CVCrs, I’m bringing up a subject that I had to bring up a few years ago, and I hate that I once again need to…. Last Saturday it was reported to me that one or more of our riders were using the bushes against the residential side of the parking lot at the landing as a toilet. And this has been done by others in the past. We are privileged to be able to use the Landing parking lot (and the Starbucks lot) as our starting spot for club rides. This behavior casts a bad light on our club, and members with the tenants of the landing, and the residential neighbors that back up to the lot (who may have cameras recording the event). And on top of it, nobody else wants to see it. It’s really simple to walk over and use the restroom in the landing. If you see this happening going forward, please let me know and I will have a discussion with the individual(s). Thanks. Kent Koral (818) 802-0826
