CVC Help Wanted!!!! (and needed)

Hi CVC! It is that time of year where we are trying to get some new ride leaders. We are especially in need of a Gold Ride Leader and a Social Ride leader to help pick up some of these rides. You do not have to be fast! We can get you started. Take a look at the CVC website for a good description of what you will be doing. It is NOT an overwhelming job or a lifetime commitment, but it is once a month or more if you want. We need members to volunteer in this volunteer organization. Please consider stepping up to help. https://www.cvcbike.org/ride-leadership.html And speaking of volunteering, we are very excited that our own Terry Hearst will be taking on and bringing back the Picnic & Benefit ride. We have missed this ride since Covid, and are very excited to bring it back. More information will be coming soon, but to get started, we need a lot of help! First, SAVE THE DATE: June 21st, Summer Solstice Ride Date Second, We need help from the CVC membership. 1. Someone who can send out weekly marketing emails (done up nice and cool of course) 2. First heat advisories, then wind advisories, and now tomorrow brings a frost advisory. But we keep plugging along, so good for us! Keeping it simple for Tuesday's ride.
