*When riding with the CVC, you MUST:*
· on marked bike lanes, ride no more than two side-by-side; single file
otherwise. No 3-4 abreast at any time
· make sure your bike is in good working order
· pass slower cyclists on the left
· signal when changing lanes
· avoid bunching up, which increases the risk of accidents
· respect traffic laws and the rights of motor vehicles, cyclists, and
pedestrians
· remind others to be safe
· descend carefully and look out for debris, potholes or slick spots

*4TH OF JULY RIDE! on WEDNESDAY*
Summer social roll out time of 8:30am at The Landing. Join us for our
traditional 4-Lakes Ride and enjoy some of our favorite local areas, with
flexible route options for everyone. We will begin with a cruise pace past
Lake Eleanor to Carlisle Canyon and Lake Sherwood, then onto complete our
Westlake Loop and up Cornell to Lake Malibu. For those with more time and
energy, you will be able to add the Carlisle climb, a ride through Hidden
Valley with the Treasure HIll climb and/or the Rock Store extension.

Hello Conejo Valley Cyclists!
Due to popular demand, we are announcing the opening of the club
clothing store.
Order all of your club clothing from here!
We have jackets, vests, jerseys, bibs, and a new special line just
for mountain biking. Please take a look at that as well. Be sure you
are ordering the correct item and size as these are custom orders and
cannot be changed.
You can try on sample sizes by arranging a time with me and I
encourage you to do that.
Remember, the store is open only until July 11th. There is then a 5-6
week time to make and ship the orders which will go directly to your
house.
