Hi CVC Members,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts in the recent survey.
Your feedback is incredibly helpful to the Board. It guides us as we
consider changes, shows us what’s working well, and helps us understand
where we can continue to support you.
In the meantime, please know we always appreciate volunteers — whether that
means serving on the Board or stepping up to help lead a ride occasionally.
CVC thrives because of member involvement.
I also want to remind our current ride leaders to continue submitting rides
through the ride leader email. Jerry will continue serving as Ride
Director, guiding us and helping keep our ride program cohesive and
organized.
Due to the significant amount of time Jerry continues to dedicate — and has
dedicated over the years — he will be stepping back from *leading* the
Thursday rides. This has already been mentioned during Thursday rides. If
you are available to lead one (even just one day), please know we would
truly appreciate it. There is enough of you out there to take one!! We
also continue to need Sunday Social Ride leaders.Thank you Jerry for
leading this for so long. What started out as a few friends riding through
Covid and enjoying passing the time together, became a huge part of CVC.
If you’re willing to lead, please send me your route. Once Terry returns,
he will resume sending out the Thursday ride routes.
