New Safety Proposal

Hi CVC, Leader, Matt Guske, found this new pedestrian safety test. I would suggest as active citizens, that you all take a look and put in your 2 cents. . The NHTSA proposed a pedestrian safety test requirement for cars and trucks. I think this would save a lot of cyclists lives if passed. Good Monday Morning, Tuesdays ride will be again going out to King Gillette Ranch to look at Halloween Decorations and THIS TIME, take some cool pics! We will then head back and make our way around Malibu Lake. We will regroup on Mulholland in the shade and then go around Malibu Lake to the Old Place and return. Not super long, but super fun! My creative juices are not flowing today, so here is the route which is always beautiful. Hidden Valley, Dos Vientos loop, with a right turn up VIa Las Brisas to Borchard Park for a pit stop, then back via Kimber, to Lynn, Greenmeadow, straight up Rancho for a La Granada loop and return. Pumpkin Patch Tuesday!

Hi Everyone! By Tuesday, the heatwave will be over!!!!!! WOOHOO! We will be doing Erbes to Olson to Wood Ranch for a quick pit stop and turn, but then back Olson for a "DOWN" Read Rd. (looks very different this direction). We will take this all the way to Moorpark, then Tierra Rejada, and up to Sunset to turn right to go by the incredibly* orange *pumpkin patch. Maybe even a quick pic stop... then UP Read Rd to Olsen, Sunset Hills, Erbes, La Granada and back around to Hampshire, with a quick right on Triunfo for a Lake Lap.
