Hi All,
Thanks for the responses. This week only, we will leave from N.P.Bike shop
on Newbury Rd. right off the freeway at Ventu Park. I would like to start
from alternating sites based on who is riding.
Quite a few were in favor of Newbury. A couple said Westlake, and so as it
gets darker after this week, we will go back to Westlake even if it is a
quick up and back. But it will be windy tomorrow and I don't think it is the
best route.
So, I hope to see as many as possible in Newbury Park leaving at 3:30. And
let's see how it goes.
Thanks for doing this trial ride!
Sheri

policy to cancel a club ride. Club members may still choose to meet and ride

club ride.
Hello CVC'rs,
Many of us who cannot ride in the morning still like to get out and spin our legs during the week. These next few weeks we will be pushed on the time and after the holidays, the daylight hours will be lengthened!
I have continued this ride for most all weeks of the fall/winter Wednesdays, and we can make it work!
First, the ride needs to begin at 3:30 sharp. But for me, it is hard to get there then, so I am offering a few suggestions.
1. I would like to start in front of PITFIRE Pizza in Westlake. Easy in, easy out... 2. The rides are down to about 18-20 miles. 3. Every so often, I would like to offer an alternative start location at Newbury Park bike shop. (with a Dos Vientos Loop)
If you are interested in joining tomorrow please let me know, and then let me know which is better, Westlake, or Newbury Park. I will get back to you!
Thanks so much!Sheri
