Hi CVC'rs' As you know, we have launched, and completed another successful edition of Cruisin the Conejo last month. So now that the heavy lifting is done for this year, lets have a little fun. The Conejo Valley Cyclists Board of Directors would like to invite you to our annual summer mixer for a little good cheer. When: Sunday, June 23rd, 4:00 pm until around 7:00 pm. Wednesday Evening Beg/Int MTB ride, Wildwood, 6:00pm start

CVC Wednesday evening Beginner/Intermediate MTB ride. *This ride is a mix of fire roads and technical single track ridden at a slower pace than the advanced ride.* Meet in the parking lot at the end of Avenida de los Arboles. Start time is 6:00pm. Route to be determined. The goal is to ride from 1.5 - 2 hrs and travel about 8 - 12 miles. You don't have to have a mountain bike if you're new to the sport. A bike with wide tires and a little front suspension will do to get started. *Bring lights for the last part of the ride. Let's go again! And again and again! Nice mid-week leg spin! Thanks Karen for taking me through the wind! We will meet at 3:45 at the Landing Parking Lot, end of Lindero, 1st driveway into shopping center... and spin through Hidden Valley, up hill, back down, right on Hidden Valley Rd. and back!!! 15+ avg. 22 miles. CVC MTB Int/Adv rides for the week

Hey CVC MTB'rs, Tuesday we're riding in Wildwood. Meet in the parking lot at the end of Los Arboles at 6:00 pm Thursday is open ride night, because this week some guys are riding the Over the Hump series in Castaic and some of us are taking the night off in prep for Saturday's 12 hours of Temecula. So pick a route and post to the group. Exact routes to be determined. Most of our rides are approximately 8-15 miles and last around 1.5-2 hours. This is an intermediate/advanced paced ride and not a no-drop ride. but,lets stay together within our groups, and have a fun safe time.
