Expect a laid-back, supportive vibe where we encourage each other, share some laughs, and maybe even stop for a scenic photo or two πΈβ¨ π΅ββοΈ *Ride Details:* - π Twice a month on Sundays - π¨ββοΈ Ride Leader: Peter and TBD - π Terrain: Mountain bike trails (fun + adventurous!) - π Vibe: Chill, social, and encouraging ------------------------------ πΊοΈ *Route & Plan (Sample Ride):* - Start at the Cheeseboro parking area and ride up Palo Comado Canyon fire road π΅ββοΈ - At the top, loop around China Flat π - Return to the parking area - Feeling strong? πͺ We may continue on Albertson for a stretch above China Flat before heading back β° *Start Time:* - 9:00 AM (just like our road rides!) β±οΈ π΅ββοΈ *Ride Style & Level:* - Beginner-friendly and inclusive π - Nothing too technical, but expect some climbing β°οΈπ₯ π² *Bike Recommendations:* - Gravel bikes OK for the April 26 ride, but may struggle on China Flat single track - Mountain bikes recommended for convenience and safety π β‘ *E-Bikes Welcome!* - Both e-bikes and non-e-bikes are good to go - E-bikes: please regroup at designated spots so we can keep the group together π€ β³ *Duration:* - About 2 hours total (similar to our Sunday social road rides!) π *Meeting Style:* - Remote start at trailhead/parking lot β *Post-Ride Fun:* - Yesβ¦ the classic Starbucks coffee hangout continues! βπ ------------------------------ π *Directions to Cheeseboro Canyon Parking:* Take the 101 Freeway to the Cheesebro exit in Agoura. Head north and make a right on Cheesebro Road. Follow the narrow road one mile and turn right at the park entrance.
