[cvc announce] Wed. Ride is on hiatus for Summer

The vote is in, and Thursday Evening wins! NEXT Thursday, June 8th, will be the inauguration of Summer Pub Rides 2017.

For now, Wednesday rides are on hiatus and will begin again in late Sept/ early October.
