Meet at TRIUNFO PARK parking lot. Corner of Triunfo Canyon Road & Tamarack St.
It’s time for another Fun Ride!!! Leave the clips & spandex at home, bring the T-shirts & Kids. Dust off those banana seat bikes and shine up the cruisers. Join us as we cruise around the lake and through the local neighborhoods.
*FUN RIDE **Route: Triunfo Park to The Trails. A Casual 5.9 miles & an easy 143 feet of elevation. **For a detailed map and route slip, go to: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/1817306* The *Fun Ride* is designed to be a stress free, community and neighborhood focused ride that teaches our family & friends that you don’t have to wear a jersey to ride the streets of the Conejo Valley. It is a mixed level ride for both adults and kids. Keeping that in mind, we will try to keep the pace leisurely but not lazy; fun but not fast. I hate to be a wet blanket, but please review the notices below...
- Please note the inclement weather policy applies. - Route and distance subject to change based on weather conditions (e.g. wind, temperature, etc...). -This ride is NOT appropriate for bikes with training wheels. - ALL Children must be accompanied by an adult (no babysitting please). - ALL riders must have a helmet.
*Inclement weather policy*: In the interest of safety, whenever it is either actively raining or the ride route has wet roads, it is our club policy to cancel a club ride. Club members may still choose to meet and ride in these conditions; however, the ride will not be considered an official club ride.
