Cvc'rs, due to fires in our area, we are cancelling our cvc rides Saturday and Sunday. Too many people are affected, and will not be paying attention to us vunerable riders.
If you do go out and ride on your own, please be extra cautious. The wind has blown a lot of debris on the roads, drivers will be distracted, and emergency vehicles will be racing to help others.
Living in so cal, we know another great riding day is around the corner, no need to put ourselves at additional risk.
I live in Moorpark, clear of the fire. If anyone needs a place to shower, rest, or sleep who has been affected by the fire, please email or call me. I'm working from home today, and the door is open.
