CVC Members, We are announcing two new rides this week! First we have our purple, which was known as a starter ride but it is now shaping up to be a great rehab ride, or... a "I haven't been riding in 6 months" ride. Many of our members have been off the road for a while, or have had other injuries that have kept them from riding. If this is you, please come on our and do our purple ride to get back in the swing of things! Don't let the name throw you off. This ride is made up of those who want to get going OR get back into riding! Get the word out!
This is a weekly ride led by some really great people! This week it will be led by Kristin! Come give her Kudos and get some yourself!
Also, this Sunday, we will be introducing a Beginner Mountain Bike ride led by Alfonso! This first week will be going out of Satwiwa Park in Newbury Park at 8:30, and will go down to the coast and back. It really is a beginner ride this week, so don't hesitate!
Don't forget the pub ride Thursday evening. I think we can stretch this out much of September!
