CVC RIDE PREVIEW April 26-May 1
Hi all!
Many of you have seen the construction and the mess it has created at the Citibank/Sprouts ride start. In the interest of safety for our riders, we will temporarily move the club ride start location to the The Landing off Lindero Canyon Road, just west (south) of the corner of Lakeview Cyn Rd. & Lindero Cyn Rd. Please click link for a map of the location, you will need to zoom out. Please be sure to park in the eastern most row of parking stalls (near the residential side of the lot). We want to be as considerate as possible to the businesses and residence. Please avoid parking on Lindero Cyn as we are not sure what the parking rules are for that space. The ride start times will remain the same; 8:30am on Saturday; 9:00am on Sunday.

Red-Gary Silver and Jerry Scott will lead the Crimson Crushers up Westlake and down Mulholland to the beach, back up Latigo, upper Encinal and home.

Orange-Jim Doane will forward the Mighty O-Crew up Rock Store, down Mulholland and back up Encinal. 40 miles (approx), 4000 feet climbing (approx)

Gold-Cam will point 24 Karats to 7 Minute Hill and back via Cornell. Lots of options for shortening the ride if necessary.

Social Ride- Friendly Folk will go around Malibou Lake. This group needs a ride leader until Henry is recovered. If anyone is interested, please let me know. The group will need to organize themselves.

Gold/Orange-5:15pm-Dale Smith points the Store Stompers up Rock Store.
Racer Ride-5:30pm-Jonathan Woodbury starts the Mean Machines for a Rock Store 'n more ride.
MTB Ride-5:30pm-Kent Koral will help lead the Dirt Devils. Location and route TBA. Check your emails for announcement early in the week.
Wednesday: 3:45pm at The Landing parking lot
Landing Ride-Sheri Leiken will lead the Mid-Week Wonders out Hidden Valley and back. Check your emails for any changes early in the week.
Thursday: 5:30pm
Go Thursday Ride-Sherrie Felton leads a Hidden Valley run from the small park on Triunfo west of the tennis courts across the lake from The Landing. This week includes an after ride picnic. Check your emails for all the details.

Inclement weather policy: In the interest of safety, whenever it is either actively raining or the ride route has wet roads, it is our club policy to cancel a club ride. Club members may still choose to meet and ride in these conditions; however, the ride will not be considered an official club ride.
Please remember to park in the area along Westlake Blvd. (between the street and the first driveway aisle) and not in the area in front of the Shops/Market. If we don't respect the requests of the lease tenants, we could be asked to park elsewhere.
