[cvc announce] CVC no group rides this week

I'm going to continue sending out a weekly update rather than a blanket indefinite hiatus. Some day hopefully sooner than later, we will get to ride together again.

In the meantime, please follow local regulations and cdc guidelines.

And if you are going to ride outside consider the following: please ride by yourself and note that you need to be ultra-careful while riding, because if you get hurt you may be taking medical resources away from someone who really needs it.
