[cvc announce] High Wind advisory-stay home

I tried to beat the wind this morning, but failed. Moorpark is blowing like crazy in the hills. I got a flat, and while trying to fix it, could hardly stand straight. I got a second flat in the front tire in the process of fixing the rear. thankfully a nice farmer took pity and gave me a ride home.

if you do ride, beware of cross winds, strong gusts, and debris in the road. It will be filled with branches and pine cones.
