CVC Tuesday evening Beginner/Intermediate MTB ride. This ride is a mix of fire roads and technical single track ridden at a slower pace than the advanced ride.
Meet at Juan Bautista de Anza park.
Start time is 6:00pm.
Starting at De Anza Park in Calabasas, out to Century Lake (photo time!), to the end of Crags Rd. via the Mash site and return. James Hickey will be the leader this week (thank you James). You don't have to have a mountain bike if you're new to the sport. A bike with wide tires and a little front suspension will do to get started.
Lights are now recommended. Currently it's dark by 8pm - just about the time the ride is finishing up.
After the ride we can go for some food and refreshments.
