Hope you are doing well!  I am one of the mangers here at Ascend Sportswear.  I wanted to personally reach out to you to give you an update.  I would have reached out to your sooner, but each day we've hoped to have this behind us and it not be an issue.  We are pushing to complete orders as fast as we can but due to COVID-19 causing massive global logistical problems we are running behind schedule as materials and logistics companies are closed in new lockdowns. 

Things have been changing very fast and COVID has struck global supply chains causing logistical closures to begin again, effecting companies like APPLE, TESLA, BMW, SAMSUNG and many more, and of course our company  (I know not everyone watches the news or wants to these days, but this has began effecting USA and Europe markets extensively).   This is extremely frustrating to both you and us, as we always want to meet and exceed your expectations. 

We are hoping that the delay will only be 14-21 days further than the original production ship date as supply chains open back up and we can get your order into your hands.  We definitely will keep you posted on this evolving ordeal.   We are extremely sorry for the delay and we are doing everything we can! 

Again, we are extremely saddened about the delays this is causing you and we really hope you can have an understanding heart as we get through this.  It is definitely my hope this is the last time we have to hear about COVID causing more pain in people's lives.
