Hi CVC Members and Guests,

Typically when a ride leader decides where the ride is going we log in to Ride with GPS, select our route and forward it to Cam on Wednesday so he can post it to the weekly ride recap.
Occasionally a ride leader may miss the deadline. This was the case for G.O. Ride this Sunday. On Friday I had discussed a couple of ride possibilities with our Red Ride Leader, Jim Doane.
I wasn't able to access the archived list to send the link we discussed so Jim was going to send it to me when he finished work. Jim, being the over achiever he is took the time to create an new ride link for us. Before he created the ride, Jim consulted the stars discovering the possibility of unsettling weather. Next he consulted The Weather Underground. With almost a 100% chance of high winds, Jim pulled the US Geological and Topographical Maps, looking for the most sheltered ride locations. Finally Jim had his Taro Card Reading and came up with this Sunday's G.O. Ride.
Tomorrow's ride guarantees a tail wind for the entire ride. The ride will follow: The Landing-Old Agoura-Kanan-Westlake-Arboles-La Granada-Rancho Rd.-Lynn-Dos Vientos
back through Hidden Valley ( the windy part) to Westlake.

Jim we commend you for all of you effort! Thank you.

I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow,

Dale
