CVC CLOTHING IS HERE!
I have multiple boxes with hundreds of pieces of CVC Clothing.
They will be sorted and disbursed as mentioned earlier.
Because they are not individually wrapped, this is done as a “pick up and sign off”.
Please make it one of these two designated times.
We have TWO scheduled pick up dates!
The first is MAY 31st at : The Community Rooms located at the Westlake Village Civic Center (31200 Oak Crest Drive)
31200 Oak Crest Dr. Westlake Village, CA 91361
This is where we have held club meetings in the past.
I will be there on Tuesday night, 5/31 from 6-8.
The next we will try and arrange on Sunday after the ride on the following week.
This is a major deal to organize and pick up as we have over 220+ pieces of clothing to hand out.
Please arrive at one of these two times as we will not be carrying the clothing around in our cars for distribution.
Please understand we will not be doing any exchanges. We ordered a few extra pieces of clothing for new members, or members that did not get to order, that we can sell AFTER the pre paid items have been picked up. IF you have something that doesn’t fit, AND we have stock left, we can look at an exchange then if the tags are still on.
