Hi,Some people on the gold ride had asked for this contact info. The city of Thousand Oaks traffic division, has a Bicycle Advisory Team. It is called BAT.
They are there for US, making Thousand Oaks a safer riding community.

For example, today on the downhill from Westlake into Thousand Oaks, there is a traffic light that is "usually" always green. Today it was not and the view is obstructed from the bike lane. The car lanes have a better visual. Luckily everyone was able to stop on time, but this is an issue that certainly can pose a problem with descending speeds in a group. It is certainly worth contacting the team to have this looked into.
