Hey ALL CVC Members,
Great news for you all! I would like to announce our new CVC Ride Director, Taylor Hodoose! I am thrilled to have Taylor taking on this position. He will be transitioning into the director job after conquering field at the Malibu Triathlon at the end of September.
I would like to extend a "thank you" to our CVC Treasurer, Alfonso Canella for filling in during Bart's transition, I have heard many positive comments on his new announcement format and we have all appreciated his willingness to step in where needed.
Taylor will be requesting the help and willingness of CVC Club riders to step up and do some ride leading! Susan has worked diligently coordinating the orange rides, and we will need to add to that list. What great ride leadership we have! We also are looking for a GO Ride leader as well as subs for other weekend rides.
We need all levels and would like to see the help and support of many of you, (experience not necessary). This is a volunteer-run club and without volunteers, you would not all be reaping the benefits of such an incredible group of cyclists.
We need all current ride leaders to come to the ride leader meeting on Sept. 24th. We would also like to invite all those interested in future ride leadership.
