Hi All:

I've decided to postpone the April Away Ride until possibly next Saturday the 21st for a couple reasons:

- The weather forecast is still too uncertain to plan a ride with a significant driving distance to the start

- This Saturday is Planet Ultra's Mulholland Challenge -first of the King of the Mt series that a know a few of you are riding

So for this Saturday the 14th, I propose the following for our Red Ride :

Saturday, April 14th CVC Red Ride
8:30am Citibank/Sprouts Parking lot
(NE Corner of Agoura/Hampshire Rd.s/Westlake Blvd.)

CVC RED Ride:
Ride over to and up Rock Store Climb:

Then from top of Rock Store re-group, the options are:

1) Up and down Latigo Canyon to PCH
- back up Latigo Canyon - then back to Westlake

Other options from the top of Rock Store are........

2) Across Mulholland Hwy -descend Upper Encinal Canyon and down Lower Encinal Canyon to PCH

3) Across and down entire Mulholland Hwy to PCH to Leo Carrillo Campground

Then from Leo Carrillo Campground....

Choose a return route back up and over to Westlake Village.

Deer Creek
Yerba Buena
Mulholland Hwy
Decker Canyon
Encinal Canyon
Latigo Canyon

After ride coffee & socializing - Natural Cafe' and/or other food/beverage establishments

within walking distance of your parked car.
