Please remember to bring a chair if you can as I do not know what the seating will be like. We will need to get your RSVP in* by Friday *so that we can shop accordingly.
The original list of what people are bringing got deleted, so I hope you remember!!!!! I know from that, we had 5 people signed up to bring a case of water and a couple for charcoal. That is plenty! So unless you already signed up for it, please bring something else. What can you bring? Anything! We have almost 80 people coming, so the more food the more fun! We can always use *lots* of salads, pasta salad, bean salads, green salads, fruits, even chili, etc. It will be quite warm, so not sure if that helps or not. Also, remember to bring a serving utensil. If you like lettuce or sliced tomatoes for your burgers, that is a good idea of what else we need. Tomatoes for 80? A few can do this.
If you signed up to grill or set up, if you can be there by 2:15- 2:30 that would be great! We still need more help! With 80 people coming, we hope to find more CVC members to chip in.
