Hi All :
I re-wrote the RWGPS route slip ( see below )
  Changes made:
    1) We'll all ride Ventura Ave. to Shell Rd. - THEN over to bike path to 1st re-group
    2) Orange Ride eliminates Ladera Rd. climb ( approx. 1.1 miles & 750'climbing)
    3) Red Ride does Ladera Rd. to Park Lane and San Ysidro Ranch to San Ysidro Rd.
        -  ride rest of route from there
       4) I know the Orange Ride is a little  longer than the standard Orange ride
There will be riders there who will shorten the ride by the #150/192 route split
in the Carpenteria area - So we will have options as to length and difficulty
We'll make sure we identify the rides & leaders at the ride start however

The nice part of this ride is that you can make it as long and/or as much climbing as you want by turning around at any point and coming back the same way you came up or furhter along the route, make a left to the Coast and come back the Coast roads.

The Orange Ride is an advanced intermediate ride, 40+ miles in length at approx 13 overall avg. mph.
with moderate amounts of climbing. This is a "drop ride" so please understand the route before you start (and how to get back). As always we will try to stick together & have a fun safe ride. We will regroup regularly and to allow everyone a chance to ride together.

Ride leader for this ride will be: Jim Doane

Inclement weather policy: In the interest of safety, whenever it is either actively raining or the ride route has wet roads, it is our club policy to cancel a club ride. Club members may still choose to meet and ride in these conditions; however, the ride will not be considered an official club ride.
