We are SO excited about the coming weekend! So much is taking place right now. We have a committed team of volunteers marking the course today and tomorrow, we have our expo, raffle, and our silent auction being prepared with tons and tons of incredible items and services. Most rest Stop Captains have picked up supplies… woohoo! Kent has been working diligently with the permits and details that will make this a safe and memorable event for riders and members who are donating their time to working!

We have a special raffle coming just for bikes, I can go on and on… Today, a meeting took place to plot out the expo.

Jerry Scott has created a podium for you to take your pictures, Bart has designed an incredible jersey and podium cover…

Tomorrow we have members coming to a meeting to plan registration and other events of the day.

We have many new members who are riding Cruisin! And we have some of your Cruisin Co-Members riding the Double Metric, Cruisin for a Bruisin!

SO exciting…

We need a few more things…..

1. Friday afternoon registration person, (we will need you to come to meeting tomorrow evening for an hour)

2. We need 6 members to loan us their bike stands for the 2 days to display our “raffle” bikes. This would be so incredibly appreciated. We promise we will NOT raffle your stand…. PLEASE help us here! Just put your name on it with tape. It WILL come back to you!

3. We need one member to stop at Costco Friday afternoon and pick us up some muffins for the Saturday morning early crew.

4. Anyone is welcome to sign up for and help with tear down… Saturday afternoon.
