CVC Sunday Social / Recovery Ride -- Sunday, May 15th - 9:00am

Meeting at Citibank Parking Lot - Westlake Village  --  Westlake Blvd. & Agoura Road (North East Corner)

Inclement weather policy: In the interest of safety, whenever it is either actively raining or the ride route has wet roads, it is our club policy to cancel a club ride. Club members may still choose to meet and ride in these conditions; however, the ride will not be considered an official club ride.

Route:  Hidden Valley Backwards (Option Dos Vientos Extension)

I am away this Sunday.  If someone is willing to lead the Social Ride, please let me know.  The route is below with directions: J

Come out and join us for a social paced ride (14 Mph Avg. Speed).  Approximately 30 miles and then stay a while to socialize afterwards by having an after-ride beverage and snack.

This week we will once again take some favorite roads and run them backwards.

Right turn out of the parking lot onto Townsgate Rd.

Right on Lakeview Cyn.

Left on Agoura Rd.

Right on Lindero Cyn.

Right on Triunfo Cyn.

Left on Hampshire Rd.

Left on Foothill Dr.

Left on Willow Ln.

Left on Thousand Oaks Bl.

Left on S. Rancho Rd.

Right on Haaland Dr.

Right on Rolling Oaks Dr.

Left on Moorpark Rd.

Right on Green Meadow Ave.

Use the Green Meadow MUP.

Left on Lynn Rd.

At Reino Rd, you can make a left to W. Portero Rd and take Hidden Valley backwards back to the start or

*Optional extension:

While on Lynn Rd., cross S. Reino Rd. which becomes W. Portero Rd.

Right on Via Las Brisas

Left on Portero Rd which becomes Lynn Rd.

Right on S. Wendy Dr.

Left on W. Portero Rd.

Hidden Valley backwards back to the start.

After ride socializing - Natural Cafe' Restaurant - Patio and/or front grassy courtyard area.  There are many options at this location for beverage and food establishments.
