Our first membership meeting of the year will take place on Monday evening, Feb. 26th at Chiropractic Sports Institute. 2277 Townsgate Rd #101, Westlake Village, CA 91361
We will be meeting with Dr. Heather and the personal trainer Brett, that night.
We can all meet in their trainer room.,(please bring fold up beach chair, or similar) and bring wear sneakers or soft soled shoes.
We will have our member meeting then break out into two groups (one will go with Dr. Heather and one will remain and Brett will do a rehab/trainer presentation.
