CVC Tuesday evening novice/intermediate MTB ride.
Meet in the Sycamore Canyon campground side of PCH, in front of the restrooms, located by the campground/parking lot area. Turn left after you pass the guard. If you don't want to pay the $12 parking fee then look for parking on PCH.
Start time is 5:00pm.
Last month we talked about doing this ride so hopefully there's still some interest. The novice ride is an easy, relatively flat fire road for riders who are either new to mountain biking or just getting back into it. This is a great opportunity to see if this sport might be for you. James will take the intermediate riders up Wood Cyn, Guadalasco, Overlook Trail and back. You do not need a fully suspended mountain bike or any particular mountain biking skills.
My plan is to offer an Easy bike ride the last Tuesday of every month which will serve as an Intro to Mtn Biking. The rest of the month my group will be doing more moderate to challenging rides.
