1) Food as a healing tool – Speaker Joshua Lane
Ø Presentation geared toward gaining energy, improvement in recovery time and how to have additional stamina. The presentation is 20-30 minutes and then a questions & answer period.

• Joshua Lane taught Nutrition for Broward Community College, is published in magazines including, East West Journal, New Age Journal, Hallandale Digest, Dr. Shelton's Hygienic Review, and InFlight Magazine. In the 1980's Mr.Lane was host of the television show "Viewpoint on Nutrition" one of the first shows to discuss environmental illness. Joshua was host on South Florida Radio with a show called "The Natural Grocer" which had Whole Foods as one of the sponsors.  Mr.Lane worked for Dr.Ann Wigmore, the originator of WHEATGRASS, at her clinic, The Hippocrates Health Institute of Boston, Massachusetts from 1973-1975.
