CVC Santa Barbara Away Ride Revision HI all, Because of the last storm, there is a lot of water, debris, and mud runoff in the hills. In lieu of that, the previously posted route for the away ride is cancelled and an alternate route is being ridden. It starts in Summerland at Lookout Park where there is parking and restrooms.
