So You Think You Have Power? CVC MEMBERSHIP MEETING is on Monday July 25th at Franco Bicycles will have the key to answer that question. In addition to the Franco product on display for your perusal, Franco Bicycles will have representatives from Pioneer to show the Pioneer Power Meter. The reps are not just anyone, they are accomplished cyclists in their own right. Come and hear from Nathan O'Neill who is an accomplished road and track cyclist with more than 25 years of racing experience. He was an Olympian, Commonwealth Games gold medalist, and eight time Australian Time Trial Champion. Nathan also competed on Team Saturn, Colavita, and Health Net. He has trained cyclists from Cat 5 to Cat 1, someone worth listening to. We will also enjoy the presence of Brenda Lyons who is National Sales Director for Pioneer, who was a top ranked US Professional Racer who holds a Bronze medal and two additional top five podium results at the US Criterium Championships along with several wins and podiums at NRC stage race and criterium events during her racing career" So, all of you racers, would be racers, and CVC recreational riders (aka "mini Grand Fondo through the Santa Monicas Gold, Orange, and Red Riders") will surely benefit from the demo and the raffle.
