CVC Saturday Gold Ride, August 27, 8:30am Meeting at the Citibank parking lot, Westlake Village, (corner of Westlake Blvd & Agoura Rd)* *Route: Hidden Valley, Dos Vientos, La Granada Hey Gold Riders, Lets head out to Hidden Valley, Dos Vientos and back. Basic route: Hidden Valley, Treasure Hill, Dos Vientos, Multi use path, Rancho Rd, La Granada and back through Pentagon park. The Gold Ride is an intermediate recreational ride, 30 to 40 miles in length with an average pace of 13+ mph. It is not a "no drop" ride but as always let's try to stick together as much as possible. If you are new to CVC or just trying us out please let me know before we start. Remember to park in the area along Westlake Blvd (between the street and the first driveway aisle) and not in the area in front of the Shops/Market. If we do not respect the requests of the lease tenants we could be asked to park elsewhere. After the ride, please join us at one of the many refueling options available at the finish such as the Natural Cafe', Sea Casa, East Coast Bagel, Sprouts Market, etc,. /Inclement weather policy: In the interest of safety, whenever it is either actively raining or the ride route has wet roads, it is our club policy to cancel a club ride. Club members may still choose to meet and ride in these conditions; however the ride will not be considered an official club ride. /See you Saturday!
