CVC Saturday Purple Ride -- Saturday Aug 27th-830 AM Meeting at Citibank Parking Lot - Westlake Village  --  Westlake Blvd. & Agoura Road (North East Corner) Hi Purple Riders,   This week we are riding a PURPLE PLUS route with Greta leading & Beth sweeping. The PLUS part is for those who have been looking to extend their miles as follows: Regular Purple riders will follow Beth DOWN Westlake Blvd., (at the 18 mile mark).Purple Plus riders will follow Greta UP Westlake Blvd., (for a total of 26.6 miles).  The speed will be the same with a 12-13 mph average pace.  No one gets dropped and no one is left behind.  Below is a link to the Ride With GPS website that will show you the route.  Be sure to print out a route slip if you are unfamiliar with the area.  The total ride is 26.6 miles with 1745 ft. of climbing.  Optional loop around the lake at the end for an additional 5 miles.
