CVC Saturday Gold Level Ride -- Saturday Nov 12th 8:30 AM. Should this ride be canceled due to rain this route will be reschedule for the following Saturday, Meeting at Citibank Parking Lot - Westlake Village -- Westlake Blvd. & Agoura Road (North East Corner) Route: Cold Canyon Road Hi Everyone,On Saturday November 12th starting at 8:30 AM we are riding the cold canyon route.   For a detailed map and route slip, go to: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/772249   First stop at Juan Beautista Park for restrooms and water. We will re-group at Las Virgines and Mulholland, on the return from Piuma, before making our way up Mulholland.. Last Stop and re-group at Cornell and Mulholland.   As usual, we will meet at the Citibank parking lot and have our pre-ride announcements promptly at 8:30AM then splitting into our groups and departing. The Gold Ride is an intermediate recreational ride 30 to 40 miles in length with an average pace of 14+mph. It is not a "no drop ride" but as always let's try to stick together and have a fun,safe ride. Inclement weather policy: In the interest of safety, whenever it is either actively raining or the ride route has wet roads, it is our club policy to cancel a club ride. Club members may still choose to meet and ride in these conditions; however, the ride will not be considered an official club ride.  The route published in this announcement will be publish for the following Saturday. After the ride, please join us at one of the many refueling options available at the finish such as Natural Cafe, Sea Casa, East Coast Bagel, Sprouts Market, etc.. Please remember to park in the area along Westlake Bl.(between the street and the first driveway aisle) and not in the area in front of the Shops/Market.
