Cruisin' the Conejo, May 5, 2012
To all the CVC members, We are excited to announce the 28th edition of our annual Cruisin' the Conejo <http://www.cvcbike.org/?page_id=35> cycling event. This event will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2012. Cruisin' the Conejo <http://www.cvcbike.org/?page_id=35> is one of Southern California's premier bicycling gatherings that attract over 1,300 riders of all ages and experience levels, who partake in rides from 12 to 100 miles in length. The Cruisin' Expo is a presentation of independent vendors who offer a variety of things related to cycling including bikes, cycling tours, clothing and accessories in addition to our raffle, music and lunch. Exciting improvements to this year's event are: * The Vendor/Expo area will be expanded and located adjacent to registration. That will provide participants with convenient access to a wide range of products and materials. * At pre-registration on Friday night, we are offering a tri-tip barbecue or spaghetti dinner; the vendor expo area will be open and a raffle for prizes will be held. This will be a Friday night party for those partaking in the pre-registration festivities. Dinner is $7.00 for either and are pre-ordered at Bike Reg <https://www.bikereg.com/Net/15732>. A custom designed event jersey, fabricated by Hincapie, will be available for purchase. The cut-off for purchasing is Monday, March 19th. Only a specified number of Cruisin' jerseys are ordered, so in order to obtain one of these limited edition jerseys you must act now. When they are gone, they are gone.
