CVC Sunday Purple Ride – Sunday 9:00 AM Meeting at Citibank Parking Lot - Westlake Village -- Westlake Blvd. & Agoura Road (North East Corner). Route: Agoura to Juan Bautista De Anza for Restroom and Water, right on Mulholland to Cornell return for additional distance add a lap around the Lake. Hi Everyone, On Sunday starting at 9:00 AM the Purple Ride is riding to De Anza Park, returning one Mulholland through Cornell and a Lake lap for added distance. And as needed to maintain group contact. As usual, we will meet at the Citibank parking lot and have our pre-ride announcements promptly at 9:00AM then splitting into our groups and departing. It is mandatory to have and ware a helmet that is in good working condition. It is a "no drop ride" with frequent regroups and no one is left behind; however, if you are not planning on riding the entire route please notify the ride leader. Things to have: Water to complete the ride or at least to reach the next water stop. Tools to perform minor repairs. Chain repair linkage. Inner-tube and inflated device. Cellular phone. Food to replenish energy. After the ride, please join us at one of the many refueling options available at the finish such as Natural Cafe, Sea Casa, East Coast Bagel, Sprouts Market, etc.. If we don't respect the requests of the lease tenants, we could be asked to park elsewhere.Inclement weather policy: In the interest of safety, whenever it is either actively raining or the rideroute has wet roads, it is our club policy to cancel a club ride. Club members may still choose to meet and ride in these conditions; however, the ride will not be considered an official club ride.
