I am bruised up on my right side from a crash Sunday. Very sore still. I am sure I will be going up Rock Store a bit slower.... This was my note for the Tuesday Evening Gold ride and it was harder than I thought. Could not stand and pedal the bike and have much less energy because of how sore that area is. So I am currently searching for someone to help with the Thursday Evening Gold ride this week while I recover. If not you can meet and decide how to proceed or do Jan's picnic ride. Start Location: Jan's Picnic Ride.
