CVC Orange Ride -- Saturday, January 26th, 8:30 AM The weather forecast is for 20% chances of rain. This route provides several options should the weather becomes inclement. Meeting at Citibank Parking Lot - Westlake Village -- Westlake Blvd. & Agoura Road (North East Corner) for announcements; promptly at 8:30 AM, then split into our groups to depart. Route: Rockstore, Upper Encinal, Little Sycamore, Decker, Hidden Valley, Dos Vientos and back through Greenmeadow Bypass. Regroups: Rolling re-group at Mulholland and Cornell. Re-group at Rockstore summit. Re-Group at the top of Little Sycamore Stop at Fire Station for restroom and water Re-Group at Conejo Recreational Park at Via Las Brisas and Borchard Restroom and Water . It is mandatory to have & wear a helmet. It is the rider's responsibility to ensure that the helmet is in good condition. This is a "drop ride" so please understand the route before you start (and how to get back). As always we will try to stick together & have a fun safe ride. We will regroup regularly and to allow everyone a chance to ride together. Things to have: Helmet !!! - Water to complete the ride or at least to reach the next water stop - Tools to perform minor repairs -Chain repair linkage - Inner-tube and pump (or the like) - Cellular phone - Food to replenish energy. Inclement weather policy: In the interest of safety, whenever it is either actively raining or the ride route has wet roads, it is our club policy to cancel a club ride. Club members may still choose to meet and ride in these conditions; however, the ride will not be considered an official club ride. Please remember to park in the area along Westlake Blvd. (between the street and the first driveway aisle) and not in the area in front of the Shops/Market.
