Pass slower riders on the left and announce yourintentions. Ride predictably and use proper hand signals whenchanging lanes, turning, slowing and stopping. Respect all traffic rules and the rights of motorizedvehicles, cyclists and pedestrians. Inclement weather policy is safety first.
