[cvc announce] Tuesday Thursday 8:30 am ride start

We have officially changed the start time to 8:30am for the rest of the summer. This change will start tomorrow morning. We also discussed meeting at Leo Carillo on PCH the second Tuesday of each month and doing a ride from there. More information to come regarding this. Sheila
