Hi all CVCrs,

The weekend Ride Captains have been in discussion this week and the consensus is that because of the seasonal heat and more humidity than usual, the rides for Saturday and Sunday need to start earlier.  And it was decided that starting just a half hour earlier doesn't make that much difference in beating the heat. 

So, beginning August 15, all Saturday rides will begin at 7:30am,  Sunday rides at 8am.  This change will be in effect for the next couple of months.

I realize that for all those 'alarm clock haters', (and I am one!), this may appear to be an inconvenience, but this change should ensure more comfortable rides for everyone.

This will not impact this coming up weekend.  The away ride at Sycamore Cove will start at 8:30, (I announced last week that it was 9am incorrectly), and Sunday at the regular time.
