Hello All Purple Riders! By now you should have seen Kent's email about the changes to our rides structure.  Each color group will now have a Ride Captain and several Ride Leaders!  This allows the existing Ride Leaders some flexibility and provides the ride group with some variety! Please email me directly if you would like to join the SATURDAY Purple Ride Leader rotation and email Kelly directly for the SUNDAY Purple Ride Leader rotation. Some of the Ride Leader responsibilities: Take a head count Direct new riders to Kent or Jim to sign the waiver Explain the route to your group before leaving the lot Ask for / assign a sweeper Have a fun ride! Some FAQ's: The Purple routes will continue to be emailed out by Kelly and me You will be able to choose the specific routes you'd like to lead Soon the routes and ride leaders will be posted on the CVC website The routes and leaders will be set up about a month in advance, so everyone can make their plans We expect to work up to several ride leaders so no one gets "stuck" doing it all the time Thank you for your continued participation in making this a great club!
