CVC Orange Ride -- Saturday, January 11, 2014 -- 8:30 AM

Alright, how about a jaunt up 7 minute hill and enjoy the clear skies over Calabasas.

Don't be fooled by the ride title. This is an Orange ride.

 

 

Meet at Citibank parking lot in Westlake Village -- Westlake Blvd. & Agoura Road (North East Corner) at 8:30 AM for announcements, and then split into our groups to depart.

Route: Mulholland, 7 Minute Hill,  returning through Calabasas   

Regroups:

Re-group at King Gillette Ranch for restrooms and water.

Re-group at McDonald's in Agoura for restrooms and water.

The Orange is an Intermediate to advanced ride, 40+ miles in length. It is mandatory to have & wear a helmet. It is the rider's responsibility to ensure that the helmet is in good condition. This is a "drop ride" so please understand the route before you start (and how to get back).  As always we will try to stick together & have a fun safe ride. Frequent re-groups will allow everyone a chance to ride together.

Inclement weather policy: In the interest of safety, whenever it is either actively raining or the ride route has wet roads, it is our club policy to cancel club rides. Club members may still choose to meet and ride in these conditions. However, the ride will not be considered an official club ride.

Please remember to park in the area along Westlake Blvd. (between the street and the first driveway aisle), and not in the area in front of the shops and market.
