CVC Saturday Gold Ride, September 17, 8:30am
Meeting at the Citybank Parking Lot, Westlake Village, (corner of Westlake Blvd & Agoura Rd)
Route: North Ranch CCW. 32 miles with 2,400' climbing

Hey Gold Riders,

I will not be available for the Gold Ride this Saturday. Going to suggest a very easy route most all of you will  know. If there is anyone who would lead the Gold ride will you contact me directly.

Basic Route: Leave Citibank towards Cheseboro, up and back on Cheseboro, Kanan Rd to Oak Canyon Community Park, the Multi-use path, Lindero Canyon, Kanan to Westlake, Los Arboles, Erbes, Olsen, Pederson, Hillcrest and back though Pentagon Park.

The Gold Ride is an intermediate recreational ride, 30 to 40 miles in length with an average pace of 14 mph. It is not a "no drop" ride but as always let's try to stick together as much as possible. If you are new to CVC or just trying us out please let me know before we start.

Remember to park in the area along Westlake Blvd (between the street and the first driveway aisle) and not in the area in front of the Shops/Market. If we do not respect the requests of the lease tenants we could be asked to park elsewhere.

After the ride, please join us at one of the many refueling options available at the finish such as the Natural Cafe', Sea Casa, East Coast Bagel, Sprouts Market, etc,.

Inclement weather policy: In the interest of safety, whenever it is either actively raining or the ride route has wet roads, it is our club policy to cancel a club ride. Club members may still choose to meet and ride in these conditons; however the ride will not be considered an official club ride.
