A message from Harlene

Our SILENT AUCTION is coming again!  For those who remember this from last year’s Crusin’, it was truly amazing .  So many fantastic items were donated – and, it was our biggest money maker!!

It’s time to get going to make this happen again!  With your help we can, once again, offer great baskets and make lots of money to donate to our charities.

Here are the two ways in which you can help your club create a successful Silent Auction:

· You contact your connection (vendor/restaurant/company) that could donate an item

· You help contact local businesses to ask for items

To get you thinking of who you know and where you could find items, here are suggestions based on what we’ve incorporated into baskets in the past:

Spa type items (massages, spa day), beauty care products, retail shop donations – bike related or not, hotel stay, restaurant gift certificates, car detailing, yoga classes, bike tune up gift certificates, wine & related items, anything bike related!!
