Hi everyone,

I don't send out many reminders about other clubs Century's (always busy with ours), but this is one of my favorites. The Amtrak Century is unique as it is a bike ride down and a train ride back event..... and it is an absolute blast. Registration is this Sunday morning and the ride usually sells out in about 30 minutes. They have a wait list after that and most everyone seems to get a spot.

Here are a few reminders for those that have not signed up before.

Register as an associate member of the OCW before Sunday morning. You will not have time the morning of.
make sure you are signed into your OCW account before the 7:00am fun starts.
If you don't succeed at first, the site freezes or crashes, don't give up, keep trying.
if you don't get a spot before the sold out statement comes up. get on the wait list. you will still very likely get a spot.
Remember to use the club pull-down field and pick "Conejo Valley Cyclists". This is how we all get on the same train together.
