Hi CVC Red Riders
Congrats to all the CVC troops riding this Sunday's "Cycle Oregon" ride.
I'm not announcing a "second Sat." Away Ride for the Red Ride as we rode
the only Cool temp. route ( Cool Breeze & Last Monday's Carpenteria ride)
twice within the last month.

So rotating through our local Red Rides - how about this one? ........

Saturday, 9-10-11   8:30am
Citibank Parking lot = NE corner Agoura Rd & Westlake Blvd.

Westlake Village- Piuma Rd.- across Saddle Peak-down Fernwood-Up Old Topanga Canyon
then Calabassas return to Westlake

This ride affords us to the opportunity to climb Piuma & ride in the reverse direction of
our usual Fernwood climb and then we'll return via' Old Topanga Canyon and
Calabassas-Mureau Rd.-Agoura Rd.-Westlake

8:30am start: Westlake Village
First re-group: Juan Bautista de Anza Park
Second re-group: top of Piuma - ocean overlook
  FYI: Piuma is 2X Rock Store in distance & climbing feet - see if you can ride it in less than 30 min's
Third re-group: top of Stunt Rd.
- then proceed up Saddle Peak riding to the East, across Tuna Canyon
     down Fernwood Pacific-

Fourth re-group: Fernwood Market at Fernwood/Topanga intersection

Back up Old Topanga Canyon Rd.

Calabassas neighborhood return to Mureau Rd.- Lost Hills Rd.-Agoura Rd.
