*I work for County Supervisor Linda Parks.  She asked me to forward to
you this information regarding a Caltrans study that is kicking off, per
your involvement with bike club(s).  I have also contacted Old Kranks
and CIBC.*

Caltrans is starting a planning-level Corridor Study of PCH between
Oxnard and Santa Monica.  You can contact Olivia below to get on the
list for participation in the TAC.

Caltrans expects the planning study to take about two years and produce
a list of future projects.  It would be great to have good participation
from Ventura County so the study doesn’t just focus on Malibu.  The
Neptune’s Net area is a particular concern, while bike safety around
Mugu Rock could certainly be improved, plus separated bike trails,
safety near parks and trail/beach parking, etc. Feel free to share with
other clubs that would be interested.
