(before final descent to PCH) if clear weather: stop on Deer Creek overlooking PCH to enjoy view 5) Leo Carrillo Campground ( beachside) on PCH (water & restroom bldgs.) 6) Top of Decker Canyon at Firestation ( water ) Inclement weather policy : If it is actively raining or threatening rain and the roads are wet, the official announced club ride is cancelled.
